We know most members by name and we know what your goals are, so we can talk to you about your individual needs and how to best address them. Because we want people to stay in shape, we expect them to keep coming back, therefore we never oversell our classes. We limit the amount of people that can sign up so our classes have a comfortable number of members. Plus, the more people in a class, the more fun it is. People feed off of other peoples’ energy and enthusiasm ! We look forward to meeting you and sharing all your energy !
